1. About PetShift
PetShift is operated by GreenVital LLC. It helps invited owners and sitters coordinate pet care, stays, tasks, notes, photos, and reports in a private app environment.
Apple standard terms may also apply when PetShift is downloaded or used through Apple platforms.
2. Private invitation-based use
PetShift is intended for private coordination between authorized participants. You may access another person's pet, stay, report, note, or photo information only when invited or otherwise authorized through the app.
3. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for notifying us if you believe your account or invitation link has been misused. Do not share access with unauthorized people.
4. Owner and sitter responsibilities
Owners are responsible for entering accurate pet, stay, care, emergency, and veterinary information. Sitters are responsible for reviewing provided instructions and using reasonable care when completing tasks or reports.
PetShift is a coordination tool. It does not replace clear communication between owners and sitters.
5. No veterinary or emergency service
PetShift does not provide veterinary advice, medical diagnosis, emergency response, pet monitoring, or professional pet-care services. For urgent pet health or safety issues, contact the pet owner, veterinarian, local emergency veterinary clinic, or local emergency services as appropriate.
6. Notifications
PetShift may send reminders, invitation, stay, task, report, and account notifications. Notification delivery depends on device settings, network conditions, app permissions, third-party platforms, and service availability. We do not guarantee that every notification will be delivered or received on time.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use PetShift to:
- Access pet or stay information without authorization.
- Upload unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading, or privacy-invasive content.
- Harass, impersonate, threaten, or harm another person.
- Interfere with the app, security, backend services, or other users.
- Upload content that you do not have the right to share.
8. Photos, notes, and user content
You retain ownership of photos, notes, reports, pet details, and other content you provide to PetShift. By adding content, you give GreenVital a limited license to store, process, display, transmit, and make that content available to authorized PetShift participants as needed to operate the service.
9. Privacy
PetShift information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes
PetShift may change, pause, or discontinue features over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or delay-free operation.
11. Suspension or termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being misused, creates security risk, violates these terms, or threatens the privacy or safety of other users or pets.
12. Disclaimers and liability
PetShift is provided as a coordination tool. To the extent permitted by law, GreenVital is not responsible for pet-care decisions, veterinary outcomes, emergency response, owner/sitter conduct, missed notifications, or incorrect information entered by users.
