These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MoneyPulse, operated by GreenVital LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using MoneyPulse, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
MoneyPulse is a personal finance insights app. It helps you connect supported financial accounts, view transactions and balances, and review monthly summaries.
You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable laws.
2. Eligibility
By using MoneyPulse, you represent that:
- You are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.
- You will use MoneyPulse for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise authorized.
3. Financial Account Connections
MoneyPulse uses Plaid to connect financial institutions. By using account-linking features, you authorize Plaid to access permitted account information on your behalf.
MoneyPulse does not collect or store your bank login credentials.

4. Read-Only Service
MoneyPulse is read-only. The app does not initiate transfers, payments, withdrawals, wires, or ACH operations from your bank accounts.
5. Privacy
Your use of MoneyPulse is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the data practices described there.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, or disrupt app or backend systems
- Bypass security or access controls
- Use bots or scrapers to access the service in unauthorized ways
7. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may require an active subscription. Billing is handled by the platform provider, for example Google Play or Apple App Store, not directly by MoneyPulse.
Subscription management, cancellation, trial terms, and refunds are governed by the platform's billing rules and your platform account settings.
8. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of MoneyPulse at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
9. No Financial Advice
MoneyPulse provides informational summaries only and does not provide:
- Financial, investment, legal, or tax advice
- Brokerage or fiduciary services
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GreenVital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from:
- Bank or institution outages, delays, or data quality issues
- Incomplete, delayed, or incorrect third-party data
- Decisions you make based on app information
- Unauthorized device access outside our reasonable control
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud risk, or harmful behavior. You may stop using the app at any time and may delete your account from app settings.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
