These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Back to Liife, an iPhone app operated by GreenVital ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using Back to Liife, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
Back to Liife is designed to help users create scheduled digital boundaries by blocking selected apps and categories during chosen times. The app relies on Apple Screen Time technologies, including FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity.
You agree to use the app only in compliance with applicable law, Apple’s platform rules, and these Terms.
2. Availability of Features
Some features may depend on device compatibility, iOS version, Apple permissions, and the continued availability of Apple APIs. We do not guarantee that all features will always be available on every device or under every system condition.
3. Subscription Plans
Back to Liife offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple:
- Premium Monthly: $2.99 per month
- Premium Yearly: $19.99 per year, including a 7-day free trial where offered
Premium access unlocks paid features as described in the app at the time of purchase.
4. Billing and Auto-Renewal
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of any applicable free trial period unless canceled earlier.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate in effect for your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
5. Refunds
Billing and refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us directly. If you are seeking a refund, please use Apple’s support and billing processes.
6. Trial Offers
If a free trial is offered, eligibility and administration of that trial are determined by Apple and the App Store. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the applicable subscription fee will be charged through Apple.
7. Children and Supervised Use
Back to Liife may be used in connection with parent- or guardian-managed Screen Time setups. If the app is used in a supervised or family context, the parent or guardian is responsible for configuration decisions, permissions, and oversight.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use the app in violation of law or Apple platform rules
- Attempt to bypass, disrupt, or interfere with app protections or services
- Reverse engineer or misuse the app or related systems
- Use the app for fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
9. Intellectual Property
Back to Liife, including its software, branding, design, and content, is owned by GreenVital or its licensors and protected by applicable law.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Back to Liife is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the app will always block every selected app or category in every circumstance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GreenVital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from device settings, operating system behavior, Apple service changes, or user configuration choices.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app for misuse, abuse, fraud risk, or violations of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Back to Liife after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
