This Privacy Policy describes how Back to Liife by GreenVital handles information related to app schedules, Screen Time selections, notifications, and subscription status.

Back to Liife ("Back to Liife," "we," "our," or "us") is an iPhone app operated by GreenVital that helps users block selected apps and categories during scheduled times using Apple Screen Time technologies.

This Privacy Policy explains what information the app may handle, how that information is used, and the choices available to users. Back to Liife is a small subscription app business. We aim to keep data use narrow and tied to the app’s core functionality.

2. Information We Handle

Back to Liife is designed primarily around local settings and device-level controls. Depending on how you use the app, the app may handle the following categories of information:

2.1 Schedules and Settings

  • Protection schedules you create
  • Selected blocking times, recurrence, and related preferences
  • Reminder and notification settings
  • App configuration and localization settings

2.2 App and Category Selections

When you choose apps or categories to block, Back to Liife may handle Apple- provided tokens, identifiers, or selection objects needed to power that feature. These are used for app functionality, not for advertising or social profiling.

2.3 Subscription and Purchase Status

Back to Liife may store subscription status locally on your device and may rely on Apple-provided purchase and receipt information to determine whether premium features should be available.

2.4 Support Communications

If you contact us, we may receive information you choose to include, such as your email address, device details, screenshots, and a description of the issue.

3. Apple Screen Time / Family Controls APIs

Back to Liife uses Apple frameworks such as FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity to let users schedule and apply blocking rules.

  • FamilyControls is used to let the user select apps and categories.
  • ManagedSettings is used to apply blocking or shielding rules.
  • DeviceActivity is used to support scheduling and activity- based timing features.

We use these APIs only to provide the blocking and schedule-management features of the app. We do not use them to build advertising profiles, serve ads, or run a social platform.

4. Notifications

Back to Liife may send local or Apple-delivered notifications for reminders, schedule changes, and protection status. If remote notification services are enabled in the app in a future version, Apple may issue device tokens needed to deliver notifications.

You can control notification permissions in iOS settings.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Back to Liife offers auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple:

  • Premium Monthly: $2.99 per month
  • Premium Yearly: $19.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial

Payments are processed by Apple, not by us directly. Apple may provide us with limited subscription-related information necessary to determine entitlement, manage access, and respond to support requests. Refunds and billing management are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies.

6. How We Use Information

We use the information described above only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate scheduled blocking and protection features
  • Store and apply your selected settings and preferences
  • Show subscription access and premium status
  • Send reminders or protection-status notifications if enabled
  • Provide user support
  • Maintain app integrity and troubleshoot issues

7. Data Storage

Back to Liife is designed so that core schedule and configuration data may be stored locally on the device. Some purchase or subscription information may also be maintained through Apple’s systems and related app receipt mechanisms.

We do not describe Back to Liife as a cloud-based social or advertising platform, and we do not provide community features or in-app ads.

8. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may rely on Apple and related platform services where necessary to operate subscriptions, notifications, and Screen Time functionality.

9. Children and Age Appropriateness

Back to Liife is not a social app and does not include public community features. Because it uses Screen Time technologies, some usage may involve devices managed by a parent or guardian. If a child’s device is being managed, the parent or guardian is responsible for setup, permissions, and supervision.

10. Your Choices

  • You can edit or delete schedules and settings in the app.
  • You can disable notifications in your iPhone settings.
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
  • You can uninstall the app to remove locally stored app data from your device, subject to normal iOS behavior and Apple-managed purchase records.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
