What is Back to Liife?

Back to Liife is an iPhone app that helps you create scheduled digital boundaries by blocking selected apps and categories during times you choose.

How does it work?

The app uses Apple Screen Time technologies to let you select apps or categories, create schedules, and apply protection during those scheduled windows.

Do I need to create an account?

No social or community account is required to use the app’s core features. Most settings are designed around local device configuration.

Why does Back to Liife ask for Screen Time permissions?

Apple requires Screen Time-related permissions for apps that manage selected apps and categories through FamilyControls, ManagedSettings, and DeviceActivity.

Why is blocking not working correctly?

Blocking can depend on current iOS settings, granted permissions, app selections, schedule timing, and system behavior. If protection is not applying as expected, re-check permissions, selected apps/categories, and the active schedule time.

Can Back to Liife see everything I do on my phone?

No. Back to Liife uses Apple-provided Screen Time frameworks for the app’s blocking features. It is not a social platform and does not include ads or public community features.

Subscriptions & Billing

What subscriptions are available?

Back to Liife offers Premium Monthly at $2.99/month and Premium Yearly at $19.99/year, with a 7-day free trial where offered.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID account settings on iPhone. Apple handles billing and renewal.

How do refunds work?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s billing policies and processes.

Notifications

What notifications does the app send?

Back to Liife may send reminders and protection-status notifications related to your schedules and app usage settings.

How do I turn notifications off?

You can disable notifications for Back to Liife in your iPhone Settings under Notifications.
